Our contracts are written to insure the safety and well-being of our puppies - period. While we take every step possible to make our contract fair for all parties, we understand that there are special circumstances that crop up from time to time. Over the years we have modified this contact numerous times to suit the desires of all parties involved. We provide all potential puppy buyers with copies of our contract BEFORE the puppies are born. We are stedfast in our request that we ALWAYS be notified and allowed to take the puppy back should the need arise). AGREEMENTS OF SALE:

This pup is guaranteed against any congenital or hereditary defects that would prevent it from living a normal life. Written proof from a Veterinarian of such defect must be presented (and may be verified by the seller's Veterinarian.) Should any such defect become evident within the first year after purchase the puppy will be replaced with a comparable pup at the earliest possible time. No cash refund or other compensation for expenses will be given. This pup has been inspected by the seller's Veterinarian and is certified healthy at time of sale.

This puppy is sold on a non-breeding contract registered with the Canadian Kennel Club and as such cannot be bred while this contract is in effect. It shall be noted that this non-breeding contract cannot be lifted without the breeder/seller's signature on the Consent to Cancellation form supplied by the Canadaian Kennel Club. If a purchaser ignores the non-breeding agreement and permits this pup to reproduce without her permission the purchaser will be deemed in violation of this aggreement

The purchaser agrees to take the responsibility for proper care of said animal, as outlined in the guide "Your Puppy" given to each new owner, and take the pup to his/her Veterinarian for regular health checks and inoculations. The purchaser shall keep this animal in conformity with local municipal by-laws, and assume full responsibility for the actions of said animal.

If for any reason this animal cannot be kept by the purchaser, the breeder/seller must be informed and the pup returned to breeder/seller.

The purchaser agrees that the seller may claim and repossess the dog if conditions and agreements of sale are not met. The buyer further agrees to notify the seller of change of address. Loss of this animal by any cause whatsoever shall not release the purchaser from paying any moneys owing.
